I do not yet use TomTom, but when I heard about their "route-changing" option that changes it for everyone (like if there is construction, or a road is no operable at the moment) ... i was hooked, and knew that when I buy a navigation, it will be a TomTom. The business info one is a great idea... there just needs to be some sort of quality control...
