I want my wedding dance to go like this

Check out this great first dance wedding video.

I’d really like to have something special to do if/when I get married, what special thing would you want at your wedding reception?

What a great find. Why is it that weddings always have to be so traditional and straight forward?

Why not have a little fun like these two? They look like they are really enjoying themselves. I think it gave me an idea if I ever get married. A good number of people at the reception joining in on the sequenced dance half way through.

It might even look as bad (which of course would be good) as the ballroom dance sequence in A Knights Tale.

My fiancee emailed me this video not 2 hours ago, suggesting we do this at our wedding. I presume she was joking…

In New Orleans, you have to do the Chicken Dance at your wedding. Of course, that is also followed by the Money Dance where people give you $$$ on the dance floor. Not a bad trade overall!

This is becoming a very popular trend. There are quite a few “unusual” first dance videos in youtube (just search for “wedding first dance” and order results by view count). I guess I should make a post with compilation. My favourite one is “Brian & Katie’s Evolution of Wedding Dance” - now that’s some kick-a** dancing :)

My sister-in-law’s wedding had every manditory popular dance she could think of, from the chicken dance to the hokey pokey to the electric slide, alley cat, the hustle, etc, etc, etc.

And bride & groom dancing every single dance.

After awhile, people started talking about how their honeymoon was most likely going to be spent recooperating from all the dancing instead of “the usual honeymoon stuff”.

What a great wedding dance! I also want to perform something like this! I am also dreaming about a luxury car to hire, something like at limo hire London. Hopefully it will happen soon… :)

Well, at my wedding reception a week of no sleep caught up with me. I fainted, there was no dancing. End of story.

My wife shows this to birdes and grooms who come in to her office. They all look at it a little enviously, but you can tell that most wouldn’t have the guts to do something like this. My wife does play pranks like this though. She’ll start with a slow song to get couples out on the florr then mix in an up-tempo dance tune. Muhahaha!

My friend emailed me this video a few days ago and we are planning to do like that. Well, it is a fantastic wedding dance.

We used some of the creative wedding dance on youtube to choreograph our wedding dance. Not as crazy as this one, but still more fun than just shuffling back and forth!
